Questions
Why is it spelled Trackshon?
Because traction is the word every founder says the day they finish building, and because a name you cannot own is a name you spend years fighting for. Trackshon is traction spelled the way it sounds, and it is also what the product does: it tracks who is asking, what you replied, and what actually converted. Say it out loud and you already know how to spell it.
What is Trackshon?
Trackshon is a customer-finding assistant for founders and small teams. It works from your product link, or from a description alone if you have not launched yet. Every day it searches public conversations (Hacker News, GitHub issues, Stack Overflow, Reddit, and through web search YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook groups, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, blogs and forums) for people asking about the problem you solve, scores and qualifies each one, drafts a helpful reply in your voice, and puts the best ten in front of you. You approve with one tap. It records what happens next and learns which sources and angles convert.
Is Trackshon an AI SDR?
No. Trackshon never posts or emails on its own and refuses to recommend volume. AI SDRs send thousands of messages to people who did not ask; Trackshon finds the people who are asking and helps you answer them well. Your name stays on every reply.
Who is Trackshon for?
Technical founders and small teams selling B2B software, especially developer tools and open-source projects. If your buyers ask questions in public (and for developer tools they do, every day), Trackshon finds those questions before anyone else answers them.
How does it find customers?
You describe what you sell, who buys it, the pains it solves and the tools people compare you to. Trackshon turns that into search phrases and runs them daily against Hacker News, GitHub, Stack Overflow and Reddit through their own APIs, and against the wider web (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, blogs and forums) through web search. A scoring model ranks results by recency, relevance and whether the person is asking rather than announcing. Claude then qualifies the best ones as buyer, evaluator, builder or noise, explains why, and drafts the reply.
How does Trackshon learn?
Every approve, skip and reply is recorded. Sources you approve rise in the ranking; ones you skip fall. Replies, calls and customers are tracked week over week in a ledger you can export. Next: a weekly review that proposes changes to your buyer profile with the evidence attached, which you accept or reject.
What does it integrate with?
Sources: Hacker News, GitHub, Stack Overflow and Reddit through their public APIs; YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, blogs and forums through web search (Tavily). Public pages only, nothing from behind a login. Drafting: Claude, with your own key on self-host or included on hosted plans. Output: an HTTP API, a Telegram bot for logging from your phone, tracked short links for posts, and daily collectors for npm, PyPI, crates.io and GitHub.
Is my data safe?
Your profile and ledger live in your Postgres, self-hosted or hosted for you, and are exportable at any time. Only public conversation text and your profile are sent to the model for drafting. The marketing site uses a first-party visitor cookie (tk_vid) for product follow-up, with no third-party analytics scripts. Signing in adds a session cookie. See /privacy.
How much does Trackshon cost?
The public demo is free forever: paste a link, see scores and one unlocked fix. Free plan keeps a forever preview: self-host under MIT, or one hosted product where you bring your own AI and search keys (about $1 to $3 a month of usage for drafts). Solo at the founding price is $19 a month for one product with drafting included; Team $49 for three; Studio $129 for ten. Extra products are $15/mo, seats $4/mo, and extra scout runs $3 each. List prices after early access are $29, $79 and $199. Annual plans give two months free, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee, and charges default to NGN via Flutterwave.
Can my AI assistant read your pricing and terms?
Yes. Trackshon publishes a machine-readable offer at /.well-known/offer.json and a summary at /llms.txt. Both are generated from the same source as this page, so they are always current.
