The deal, in plain language

What the service is

Trackshon audits your product page, finds public conversations where buyers are asking for something like it, drafts replies for you to review, and keeps an outcome ledger of what converted. It is operated by raeven-co (operator: Godfrey Lebo). The product is in early access: features marked as next or beta can change, and we ship fixes continuously.

Your account

• You need a real email address; it is how sign-in, receipts and renewal reminders reach you.
• You are responsible for what happens under your workspace, including teammates you invite.
• We can suspend an account that abuses the service (see acceptable use); we will say why.

Billing, renewal and the guarantee

• Plans are flat monthly or annual prices in USD, charged in NGN by default via our payment providers (USD catalog at the live exchange rate). Add-ons (extra products, seats, scout runs) are priced as shown on the pricing section.
• We do not store your card and we never auto-charge. A payment buys one period (a month or a year). About a week before it ends you get a reminder email; renewing is a fresh checkout, and a renewal paid before the period ends extends from that end, so you never lose days.
• If you do not renew, the workspace drops to the Free plan. Your data stays; nothing is deleted for not paying.
• Founding prices are locked while you stay subscribed. When founding seats are gone, new sign-ups pay list price.
• 30-day money-back, no questions. Ask within 30 days of a payment and we refund it in full. Refunds go back the way they came; provider processing times apply.

Acceptable use

• Trackshon drafts replies; you post them yourself. Do not wire it into anything that auto-posts, mass-messages, or otherwise violates the rules of the communities it points you at.
• No scraping the service, reselling access, probing other people’s workspaces, or testing our security without asking first.
• Bring-your-own API keys stay yours: we store them encrypted, use them only for the jobs you configured, and you can remove them any time.

Your data

What we collect and why is in the privacy notice. Short version: your profile and ledger are exportable as JSON at any time, deletion requests are honoured, and only public conversation text plus your product profile ever go to a drafting model.

What we promise, and what we do not

• We work to keep the service up and your data safe, and we tell you honestly when something broke.
• The service is provided as is. Audit scores, drafted replies and found conversations are starting points for your judgement, not guarantees of customers or revenue.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending things

• You can stop any time: export your data, ask us to delete the account, done. No exit interviews.
• If we ever discontinue the hosted service, we will give at least 30 days notice and a way to take your data with you.
